OUR HISTORY

The Celebrating Lovely Pageant was founded by Katie Dillon former Wilson County Fair fairest of the fair. During Katie’s reign as fairest the fair she had many opportunities to meet people throughout the state of Tennessee, where she met a lovely young lady with special needs that said “ I want to be a queen just like you.” That is when Katie developed the idea of the special-needs beauty pageant so people with mild to severe disabilities, have the opportunity to shine on stage!
